Born in Berlin. Raised in Thailand, Burma, and Berlin.

My background is in industrial tailoring & fashion design. 

 

During my studies, I worked as a Fitness Trainer, aerobic instructor, and choreographer.

This is when my interest in fitness and performance sportswear began.

 

I have worked in various countries, including Sweden, Germany, Austria, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, France, China, and Russia. Providing me with a broad insight into cultural differences and consumer behavior. This also sparked my ever-growing interest in coaching and mentoring women to achieve career success and happiness. 
 

I was the first student to receive support from H&M for my Fitness & Workout Diploma. This led to my first job at H&M, in the L.O.G.G. Sports department, in 1999.

In 2001, I joined Adidas-Salomon AG in Germany & worked in Training for Sports and SMU for men’s, women’s, and kids' sportswear as well as swimwear.

In 2003, I deepened my knowledge of technical garments at SPORTALM as a Design Manager, a luxury skiwear company in Austria. At Cosmopolitan Clothing, my team and I worked on various brand projects, including Yamaha, Valentino Rossi, VfB Stuttgart, Beck's, and Red Bull.

 

In 2004, I joined NIKE for APA & later for EMEA.

In 2008, I moved to Decathlon in France and started Design Manager Domyos RTW lifestyle sportswear for men and women, with 12 collections per year. After less than seven months, I moved to Head of Design and included apparel, footwear, products, and hard goods into my portfolio. Primary mission: Elevating & shaping the look of its performance and lifestyle goods & implementing an international design team, which is unique within the Oxylane organization.

 

In late 2012, I dedicated my expertise to LI NING in China as a Design Director for performance sports and athletes, as well as Quick Strike (RTW). I supported the company in various design projects and, along with my designers, created a sports design identity by category. Also, we shaped the future look of CBA and gave each team their unique game suit fitting to their personality.

 

While pregnant with my 1st child in late 2015, I decided to obtain a license as a Sports Nutrition Specialist. Together with my Basketball Pro Athlete husband, we created "Phoenyx Health and Life Coaching." A very proud moment for both of us. Our passion for Sport found a new platform in Beijing, China. 

 

In 2016, my design path led me to SPORTMASTER in Russia. As Creative Director for the entire assortment of Sport and Lifestyle App and Acc brands under this roof, I faced new challenges and heights in change management, purpose-crafting, and shaping the design teams into strong brand-specific ambassadors.

 

In late 2018, I returned to my home base in Berlin. I studied to be a Transformational Coach by ANIMAS. A very important stepping stone in my personal and professional development was to look deeper into someone's passions and aspirations. To help individuals claim their inner superstar. I am now ICF trained and also certified by the IHK, Chamber of Commerce. At the same time, I developed the SUCCESS-HAPPINESS coaching and consulting program. "www.successhappinessacademy.com"

In mid-2019, I co-founded FrauFUTURE UG. Together with the other Co-Founder, we are the only licensed service in Germany offering a holistic approach in financial consultation and career coaching, primarily focusing on supporting Expat women. Offering workshops, training, and 1:1 sessions for individuals and companies. We also have a co-working space in one of Berlin's vibrant hubs, located in Neukölln."www.fraufuture.com".

While actively involved with two coaching businesses, I serve as a Freelance Consultant on vision and purpose for fashion, lifestyle, and sports brands. Supporting branding, creative direction, and innovation. 

At the beginning of 2025, I decided to put my creativity more to the forefront again and started an Etsy store called SHA Stories by Yva. Actively filling it up with workbooks, Manifestation Tees, and anything around women's wellbeing.
